Council Of Ireland The Law Library is administered
by The Bar Council which is the governing body for barristers
in practice at the Bar. The site includes information on the
Courts system and the Law Library as well as selected Bar Review
Articles and Conference Papers. The site also includes good
links to other legal research sources and legal associations
on the web.
Institute
Of Taxation In Ireland This site provides
a good source for technically correct and commercially sound
taxation advice. The Institute plays a key role in keeping the
general public up-to-date on taxation matters and the Institute's
educational, information, publications and other support services
are quite useful in this regard.
Revenue
Commissioners Of Ireland : An excellent source of
up-to-date taxation information for individual and business
use. A complete list of Revenue Forms and leaflets can be downloaded
from the site. The site also provides detailed information on
income tax, tax credits, corporation tax, capital gains tax,
capital acquisitions tax, inheritance tax, value added tax (VAT)
and stamp duties.
Irish
Government (Rialtas na hEireann) This is the main
site for connection to a range of governmental bodies including
the Office of the President; Defence Forces; Garda Siochana
and Houses of the Oireachtas.
Delia
Venables This comprehensive legal
site is maintained by Delia Venables, a legal consultant and
author. The site includes a range of links to legal sites and
resources in both the UK and Ireland. It also includes directories
of UK and Irish law firms, barristers and associations. Ms Venables
also publishes the Internet Newsletter for Lawyers which deals
with recent developments in legal technology both in Ireland
and the UK.
